Instructions for using Bandmidi Files.

Bandmidi Files are always a stereo file (left and right). On the LEFT side you will always find a click track for the drummer, and on the RIGHT you will always find the music. Simply by connecting from your line out of the computer you can access the files. You will need to purchase a lead that will have the connector for the computer at one end and separate left and right plugs at other end.




Whenever using backing tracks the drummer always leads the band by listening to the 'click track' which always has 2 bars lead in (1 bar for the drummer to get a grip and 1 bar to count in the band), this is common practise for most styles of backing track.The drummer will be the first one to lead the other musicians to play and keep in sync with the backing track.

If your drummer wanted to really get creative, he/she could do a nice roll or creative start so long as they let the other musos know.
